Digital infrastructure
Data centres need power and land, and getting both is harder than it looks. That's usually what holds a project up, not the design.
We operate as a syndicate, backing founders at the intersection where AI meets the physical world. Power, land, plant, production. While everyone watches the models, we invest in the infrastructure that stands to gain the most.
We've mapped where AI's growth actually lands.
Five sectors. These are ours.
Each one owns something physical and hard to replace.
Data centres need power and land, and getting both is harder than it looks. That's usually what holds a project up, not the design.
Growing more without depending on good weather or cheap labour, plus everything that happens after harvest. A lot still gets lost between the field and the shelf.
Software tied to equipment somebody already owns. If a good team could rebuild it in three months, we're not interested.
Ways to diagnose people faster and more cheaply without hiring more doctors. Imaging, devices, and what happens at the point of care.
People are living under constant pressure and paying to get out from under it. Clinics, recovery and the property they sit in, in one of the biggest health markets nobody has properly digitised.
We grew up in these markets. Each mandate is run by someone who worked in it before they invested in it. The diligence tends to be quicker and the questions harder.
You lay bricks. What you end up with depends on how you laid them. Same for a building, a business, or a fund.
The physical layer under the technology. Power, plants, fields, clinics, owned by people who build carefully and hold for a long time.
Find those people early, back them properly, and stay long enough to matter.
Quietly. We'd rather be the investor a founder calls late at night than the one with the loudest thesis.
Hold something a competitor would need years and real money to replicate. Narrative is cheap now.
Brick by brick is a return profile, not a slogan. Ten years matters more than this quarter.
Know something that can't be taught on a course. Usually earned by doing the work badly first.
Outcomes are decided by small choices made when nobody's watching. The boring parts scale.

Tell us what you're building. A hundred words is plenty.
Thanks. We read everything ourselves and we'll be in touch.
Who you are, and where your capital was built. We reply ourselves.
